The Kyivtransgaz dispatch system connects local dispatch centres at compressor stations with a central dispatch centre in Kyiv. It supports monitoring and control of gas transport and distribution processes across compressor stations, gas-distribution stations and linear telemetry systems.
The system description covers local dispatch centres in Yahotyn, Berdychiv, Hrebinka, Dykanka, Sumy and Romny, together with the central Kyiv centre. Their sites include compressor stations, gas-distribution stations and telemetry control points. Regional centres collect process data in real time, retain local archives and send current data to Kyiv. Operators view the data through local workstations.
The system centralises collection and processing of technical data from distributed sources. It includes parameter checks and software self-diagnostics, with redundant servers for data collection and processing. Regional archive servers replicate data to the central archive server.
Each regional dispatch centre and the central centre has an Application Server for primary data collection and processing, an Information Server for backup and web access to live and archived data, a Historian Server for archive storage, and operator workstations.
The system uses Wonderware System Platform 4.0. Operator workstations run InTouch for System Platform for the real-time human–machine interface. Reusable templates support the creation of screens for similar equipment. At the central centre, a gas-transport overview presents the network state; station-level screens cover compressor-station equipment, auxiliary systems, mainline telemetry points and different gas-compressor units.
