EduNet International Conference

An EduNet network meeting at Phoenix Contact Electronics in Bad Pyrmont, Germany brought together educators, researchers, engineers and managers to discuss collaboration between universities and industry, developments in automation, and the exchange of teaching and technical experience.

The report presents EduNet as a setting for practical learning and dialogue: industrial partners contribute equipment and applied expertise, while universities connect that experience with research and teaching. The meeting also considered how digital production and connected industrial systems were changing the skills expected of automation specialists.
