The monitored facility was a two-storey pharmaceutical production building operated by PrJSC Technolog, part of the Lekhim group. Eleven ventilation units (K1–K11) maintained the required air conditions in clean rooms, where room-specific excess-pressure setpoints ranged from +10 Pa to +40 Pa.
The SCADA application used TCP/IP for client-server communication and supported multiple simultaneous clients. User accounts could be administered with different access levels. Operators could configure system parameters, view current air-preparation status and print a quick status report. Flexible reports could be filtered by period, ventilation unit and room and exported as XLSX or PDF.
When a configured operating limit was exceeded, the system could trigger audible and visual alarms and send email or SMS notifications. It logged user authentication, setting changes, alarms, report generation and printing, with tools to review the event history. Systems integrator: EKNIS-ENGINEERING.
